Title: Characterization of Mutation Profiles and Outcomes in Myelodysplastic Syndrome and Acute Myeloid Leukemia

The primary aim of this study is to characterize the serial mutation profiles of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, and to correlate these profiles with clinical outcome, including survival and change in treatment.  We will compare survival and treatment change between patients who have had serial mutation profiling done and historical control patients who have not had serial mutation profiling done.

Key Eligibility:

  • Men and women 18 years or older with diagnosis of MDS and AML
